Grown people become little children in a Defender. This is what you do it all for, this gives an adult person the excitement! It is not without reason that every Defender is different; the result of the endless enthusiasm of the owner. Fun when you look at it, and even more fun when you drive it.
The 90 looks so good in Oslo Blue Metallic with a contrasting white roof, complete with tilting glass roof. Just a little higher on its springs, because a heightening set was installed in the past. Complete with new shock absorbers, so they are not worn out as is often the case. We have completely renewed the headliner, now in beautiful black Alcantara! A fresh interior, equipped with rubber mats and a beautiful, new cubby box between the front seats.
To be fair; Rubber mats or an Alcantara headliner only do not make the ideal Defender, more is needed. Good maintenance is a requirement. That’s why you won’t find any leaking injectors on this 90, as they were all recently replaced preventively. The wiring harness to the computer is dry, the valve cover is not leaking. Door hinges have recently been replaced, the doors all close well.
The chassis is in exceptionally good condition, little rust is visible. The rear beam has already been replaced by a galvanized one, which is a big plus. Photos of the complete chassis are of course available, just send a Whatsapp message and you will receive them from me. There are no critical points of interest, and the Defender has recently been provided with a new MOT.
What about the aluminum carriage, you ask? This one is in neat condition. Some scratches, a single dent, not surprising of course. Furthermore, there is of course some aluminum corrosion, but not in an extreme form. Just a very neat, nice Defender.
If you would like to have sliding windows installed at the back, that is no problem, we have them in stock. The Land Rover will be serviced before delivery, so that the new owner can travel safely.
